AVC Tiller Head Handle is indigenously manufactured and designed to suit various types Battery Powered Equipments like, Pallet Stacker, Pallet Truck, Walkie Stackers, Tow-trucks, Platform trucks, Shopping carts, Tug-trucks, Floorcleaning equipments and many more.
AVC Tiller Head Handle has a simple, functional and high harness mechanical structure with polyamide shock-resistant chassis. The handle unit is ergonomically designed and compatible to various types of controllers
Manufactured by companies like Curtis, Zapi, Sevcon, PG Drives, etc.
AVC Tiller Head Handle is provided with operational elements such as Rocker switches for Up and Down along with (Tilting optional) operation of forks, Rocker switch for Horn, forward and reverse butterfly levers, emergency forward/belly button switch and key switch for on and off.
AVC Tiller Head Handle is available in the following operating versions:
1. Curtis make ET 126 MCU accelerator.
2. Potentiometer type accelerator.
Features:
1. Material: Nylon 6 Glassfield 30%.
2. Operating temperature: – 40° C to 120° C.
3. Inflammability UL: HB.
4. Impact Strength : Kj/m 60 at 23° C Kj/m 52 at – 40° C
5. With reversal: It causes reversal and blocks the vehicle when the deadman micro switch opens. Reset is possible only by bringing butterfly switches in off or neutral position.
6. With Stop: The tiller head handle is equipped with electromagnetic brake function in sync with the controller.
7. Also supplied with a two meter sheath insulated wiring harness as optional.
